S-218 is a trimming from a stone that was sent to a lab for testing. The stone is all natural, it has only been sliced through with a diamond blade to reveal the intense blue color that is all the way through the stone. A rather important stone, as it has been studied at a University Lab. 
There are only a handful of smaller stones left to be offered, if you see one you like, I suggest you act quickly.
